For this recipe, you can use pork ribs or tenderloin. After washing, and trimming any excess fat from pork, season with garlic, ginger, green onions, fresh lime or lemon juice, salt, pepper and char sui sauce! Allow the meat to marinate overnight. Fire up grill. Take the meat out of the refrigerator and let it sit for approximately 30mins on counter. Place meat on grill and cook until tender. Do not turn or stick meat unnecessarily. Allow the meat and flavors to come together. Remove from grill when fully cooked and let meat rest for another 30mins. Slice and serve!
